Refund Policy

1. Returns

Upak Canna Ltd. does not accept returns of merchandise, unless the merchandise is damaged or defective.

All damaged products or order discrepancies must be reported to Upak Canna Ltd. within two days of your receipt of the merchandise. If your product is damaged, please see the details below on returning damaged merchandise.

Discounts provided by Upak Canna Ltd may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Upak Canna Ltd. Upak Canna Ltd reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and may modify the discounted bill so that it reflects the full purchase price for items on the invoice that are not returned. (Upak Canna Ltd reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and re-bill an order based on the actual volume of merchandise kept.)

2. Damaged Merchandise

Upon receipt of your order please inspect all items carefully. If the box appears to be damaged, please have the delivery driver sign the packing slip or invoice, indicating the outer box was delivered damaged, and take photographs PRIOR to opening the package.

If the shipment packaging is exposed or severely damaged, you are REQUIRED to take a photograph of the exposed or severely damaged packaging along with the attached packing slip to make any return after the point of delivery.

Please be advised that once shipments have been accepted, all products contained in that shipment will be deemed to be satisfactory unless a product arrived in damaged condition and the product’s condition was not reasonably apparent prior to acceptance.

To initiate a return and refund for damaged items please contact our Customer Care team via email at or call 1-647-360-8488 within two days of your receipt of any damaged product.

All returns must be in new condition with original packaging and all accessories intact. No returns of used products or partial boxes can be made.

Take photographs of the damaged product and email the photographs to Please identify the original order’s invoice and an item number within the subject line of your email for reference during claims processing.

Please allow at least 5 business days for the credit to be issued.

3. Change Of/Incorrect Address

Any addresses submitted incorrectly will be charged a $25.00 charge for corrections/re-shipment. Please note any changes made to an address in transit will delay the delivery of the packages.

Please be advised there will be a 25% restocking fee for all C.O.D. returned orders after a delivery carrier’s 3rd attempt to deliver and collect payment. This includes, but is not limited to, store owners and/or employees’ declining delivery, resulting in the shipment being returned to Upak Canna Ltd. The 25% restocking fee is based upon the order’s total procurement amount.

4. Responsibility

Customers are responsible for abiding by their local laws regarding the shipment of products to their locations.

Upak Canna Ltd shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to from your violations of local laws.

Upak canna ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
