  • What is the minimum order quantity I can place?

    Minimum orders will all be listed on the product pages in our online shop.  MOQ (minimum order quantity) varies product to product.

  • What should I do if I receive my package and the contents within are damaged.

    Any issue with a damaged order should be reported within 24 hrs of receiving delivery. If the boxes appear to be opened, damaged, or tampered with in any way, you must keep the original boxes and contact us at 1-866-414-0435 or email us directly at contact@upakcanna.com

    If your box arrived in good condition but contains damaged product, shortages or overages please contact us at 1-866-414-0435 or email us directly at contact@upakcanna.com.

  • What happens if I place an order and it goes on back order

    If a particular product in your order is out-of-stock, the rest of your order will be shipped without delay. If you paid by Credit card, you will not be charged until your order ships. You may cancel back-ordered items at any time without a fee.

    Occasionally, unexpected shortages and manufacturer out-of-stock conditions occur due to raw material shortages, weather conditions and unexpected spikes in demand can all contribute to delays. We do our best to only display items on our website that we have in stock at our warehouses.

  • I noticed an error on my order I just placed. How can I fix it?

    Contact us immediately at 1-866-414-0435 or email us directly at contact@upakcanna.com. We will try to correct the mistake before your order is processed. Once an order is shipped no changes can be made.

  • Will I receive a confirmation email after my order is placed?

    Yes. After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and confirmation of items ordered. If you do not receive this email within 10 minutes of placing your order please contact us at 1-866-414-0435 or email us directly at contact@upakcanna.com.

  • Once I have ordered , how long will it take before my order is dispatched?

    Once payment is processed – Most orders placed by 1 pm Eastern Standard Time (Toronto) Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be processed the following day.

  • Is it legal to resell your products in my local area?

    Typically Yes, we only sell empty packaging supplies. Our company does not offer or have access to any cannabis – marijuana products. Please check with your local laws & regulations to ensure compliance.

  • how many grams in a qp (quarter pound) of weed

    112 grams is the generally accepted amount measurement for a QP  of weed.  however, the actual measurement is 113.2g.
    Qp stands for a quarter pound.

    There are four ounces of cannabis – marijuana in a QP.

    (28.3g x 4 = 113.2g) rounded to 112g

    28 grams is the typically accepted amount. The real measurement is 28.3 grams, however, the industry standard is to round down to even 28 grams to represent an ounce.

  • How do I cancel my order order after it has been placed ?

    Processing times for orders may vary slightly depending on the season, in most cases, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours for non-custom orders. Orders cancelled before shipping but after order processing will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If a customer refuses delivery at the delivery address, 100% of the costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
