What is the minimum order quantity I can place?

Minimum orders will all be listed on the product pages in our online shop.  MOQ (minimum order quantity) varies product to product.

I noticed an error on my order I just placed. How can I fix it?

Contact us immediately at 1-866-414-0435 or email us directly at contact@upakcanna.com. We will try to correct the mistake before your order is processed. Once an order is shipped no changes can be made.

Will I receive a confirmation email after my order is placed?

Yes. After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and confirmation of items ordered. If you do not receive this email within 10 minutes of placing your order please contact us at 1-866-414-0435 or email us directly at contact@upakcanna.com.

Once I have ordered , how long will it take before my order is dispatched?

Once payment is processed – Most orders placed by 1 pm Eastern Standard Time (Toronto) Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be processed the following day.
